Andrew Turnbull and Sadé Tidwell authored an article for Law360 discussing the latest list of supply and service federal contractors to receive corporate scheduling announcement letters (CSALs) from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
The authors examine frequently asked questions about the audit list and what immediate actions contractors should take in light of the CSALs.
“Receipt of a CSAL, however, does not mean that the contractor has been scheduled for an OFCCP audit,” the authors clarified.
