Eric Tate, who spoke as part of a program on virtual mediation and settlement conferences sponsored by the local chapter of the Federal Bar Association, was quoted in the AmLaw Litigation Daily about the event.
Eric said he finds himself explaining more to parties in virtual mediation sessions, especially plaintiffs in employment cases who might not be accustomed to litigation or the mediation processes.
“I think I’m doing that kind of naturally, just to try to recreate some element that’s lost because we’re not physically present together,” he said.
