MoFo Ranks #1 in Law360’s 2023 Diversity Snapshot

For the third year in a row, Law360 has again ranked Morrison Foerster first overall among firms with 601+ lawyers in the publication’s annual Diversity Snapshot. MoFo pushed past benchmarks for the 2023 Diversity Snapshot ranking, which is based on the pipeline score methodology, by more than three points.

Law360’s Diversity Snapshot provides a window into the demographic realities of law firms at the end of 2022. Law360 collected data from 295 U.S. firms to develop the 2023 ranking, using the same race, gender, and ethnicity categories as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its annual Employer Information EEO-1 survey.

This prestigious honor reflects Morrison Foerster’s continued emphasis on increasing diversity and inclusion in the legal field.
