MoFo Celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month

Observed annually in October, National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) celebrates the contributions of workers with disabilities, past and present, and highlights supportive, inclusive employment policies and practices. In recognition of the important role that people with disabilities play in a diverse and inclusive workforce, the theme for NDEAM 2023 is “Advancing Access and Equity.”

At MoFo, we believe that respect for our people, their ideas, and their differences makes us stronger colleagues and advisors. This month, we will bring awareness to and celebrate the unique experiences and many contributions of employees with disabilities.
