David Cross spoke to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution about U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg’s ruling against Georgia’s motion for summary judgment and setting a trail for January 2024. The case argues that the State’s electronic voting system has major security flaws that amount to violating voters’ constitutional rights to transparent, fair, accurate, and verifiable voting.
