Law360 Ranks MoFo #1 in Its 2024 Diversity Snapshot

For the fourth year in a row, Law360 has ranked Morrison Foerster first overall among firms with 601+ lawyers in the publication’s annual Diversity Snapshot. MoFo also tops Law360’s list of the biggest law firms with the most diverse equity partners. Law360’s Diversity Snapshot provides a window into the demographic realities of law firms at the end of 2023. Law360 collected data from 295 U.S. firms to develop the 2024 ranking, using data from law firms under the race, gender, and ethnicity categories used by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its annual Employer Information EEO-1 survey.
