This prestigious designation is reserved for firms that have consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion (D+I) in the legal industry since 2017. MoFo’s historical participation in the Mansfield Certification process highlights our longstanding commitment to D+I. Since the inception of the Mansfield Rule in 2017, MoFo has not only participated, but has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status each year. This status is awarded to firms that have considered at least 30% women, minorities, LGBTQ+, and lawyers with disabilities for notable leadership roles and in the talent pools for leadership and lateral recruiting opportunities.
