Morrison Foerster has received a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index, marking the 21st year the firm has been named one of the best workplaces for LGBTQ+ equality.
The HRCF is the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for LGBTQ+ Americans. HRCF’s Corporate Equality Index was created to help businesses assess and advance LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion by providing a clear, transparent, and actionable framework for leading policies and practices. This framework focuses on four key pillars: non-discrimination policies, equitable healthcare benefits, inclusive internal workplace culture, and corporate social responsibility.
The CEI rates employers providing these crucial protections to more than 22 million U.S. workers and includes Fortune magazine’s 500 largest publicly traded businesses, American Lawyer magazine’s top 200 revenue-grossing law firms, and hundreds of publicly and privately held mid- to large-sized businesses.
