Morrison Foerster advised Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, on its Series E funding round led by L Catterton and Point72 Private Investments. The technology platform —now operating in more than 40 countries and reaching hundreds of millions of people through its discovery platform and media— has become a trusted partner for prestigious institutions across all live entertainment verticals.
The investment will fuel Fever’s continued growth in music and sports, two verticals where the company has gained significant traction over the past year. As part of this growth strategy, MoFo also advised Fever in its acquisition of Dice, a mobile ticketing service. MoFo has represented Fever since its inception.
The MoFo team advising Fever on the acquisition and the Series E financing was led by Palo Alto emerging companies + venture capital partner Timothy Harris and Palo Alto emerging companies + venture capital associate Thomas Hopkins, with support on the financing round from Palo Alto corporate associate Lovina Consunji.
