Randy Bullard and Ruti Smithline Among Latinvex Top 100 Lawyers of 2025

He has advised numerous European global corporations on the establishment and development of their U.S. presence, as well as on their Latin America operations. He also represents international issuers in equity and debt offerings and exchange listings.

Ruti conducts government-facing and internal investigations throughout Latin America and also provides proactive compliance counseling, which includes performing risk assessments, evaluating and enhancing compliance programs, and providing training. She was born and raised in Colombia and is fluent in Spanish.
