Morrison Foerster (“MoFo”) has advised Eagle Football on the sale of its 43% stake in Crystal Palace Football Club (“Crystal Palace”) to an entity owned by Woody Johnson, U.S. businessman and co-owner of the New York Jets American football team.
Closing of the sale is now subject to receipt of approvals from the Premier League and the Women’s Super League.
