Morrison Foerster Welcomes Ambarish Dash, Leveraged Finance Partner in London, Enhancing Global Private Equity Practice
Morrison Foerster, a leading global law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Ambarish Dash, who joins the firm as partner in its Finance and Private Equity Groups. Dash’s arrival strengthens the firm’s experience in private equity and leveraged finance transactions.
Dash brings over a decade of experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on financing needs across the capital structure. He also advises financial institutions and private investment funds on a broad range of complex cross-border matters, including direct lending. Dash joins Morrison Foerster from a leading international law firm, and his arrival reflects the firm’s strategic focus on expanding its finance and private equity offering.

Dash’s arrival follows recent strategic growth in Morrison Foerster’s Global Private Equity Group: Naoya Shiota (Tokyo) joined the firm in June 2025; James Lee (New York) in April 2025; Xiaoxi Lin (Hong Kong) and Scott Jalowayski (Singapore) in January 2025; Greg Salathé (Tokyo) in June 2024; and Michael Vernace (San Francisco) in February 2024.

He holds an LLB from The College of Law, London, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Imperial College London.
