Three MoFo Lawyers Recognized as 2025 BTI Client Service All-Stars
MoFo partners Craig Martin, Erin Bosman, and Julie Park have been recognized by BTI Consulting as Client Service All-Stars for 2025. Now in its 24th year, the BTI Client Service All‑Stars 2025 honors attorneys delivering notably high-level client service. It is the only attorney recognition based entirely on unprompted feedback from top legal decision makers.
Craig Martin serves as co-chair of MoFo’s Investigations + White Collar Defense and ESG + Sustainability practice groups. Clients have consistently praised him for his sound judgment, investigative experience, pragmatism, and credibility. Craig has led dozens of internal investigations, often on behalf of audit committees in matters involving complex financial accounting and reporting issues. In addition, Craig represents issuers involved in SEC and DOJ investigations, and he serves as personal counsel to executives and directors facing government and internal investigations.
Erin Bosman is the global co-chair of MoFo’s Litigation department and founder and co-head of the Artificial Intelligence Group. Clients value her litigation acumen, retaining her as national coordinating and trial counsel in class actions and multidistrict proceedings. Outside the courtroom, she counsels clients on product development, risk assessments, product labeling, and risk mitigation strategies to help them avoid and defeat product liability claims. Erin advises on crisis management and product recalls, representing clients before the Consumer Product Safety Commission. With particular focus on emerging technologies in untested regulatory and litigation landscapes, she advises clients on some of their most difficult product questions and is a leader in the fields of wearables and digital health, medical device and pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.
Julie Park serves as co-chair of MoFo’s Complex Litigation + Advisement practice group and managing partner of the San Diego office. Clients appreciate her ability to assess both the practical business implications and the legal impact of a matter. They also value the way she recommends solutions that meet their objectives. Julie protects her clients’ products throughout the product life cycle. Drawing on her deep technical and legal experience, she counsels clients on consumer product safety regulation and pharmaceutical and medical device preemption. She manages complex and multijurisdictional litigation both in state and federal courts, and also guides clients through product recalls.
These recognitions follow results from last month, when MoFo was ranked in the top five percent of all law firms in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2025: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance report, securing the number 12 spot on the “BTI Client Service 30” list. MoFo was also recognized as having the best year-over-year improvement of any firm.
BTI Consulting Group makes its award selections based solely on in-depth, telephone-based interviews as part of its ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel. You can view the list of those recognized on BTI’s website.
