Morrison Foerster (MoFo) has advised Vimata Group GmbH, a leading provider of next-generation HR solutions in the DACH region, on the sale of its subsidiary eleven cyber security GmbH to Halon, a global leader in composable email infrastructure solutions.
Eleven cyber security GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, is a renowned provider of email security solutions. Halon’s acquisition of eleven cyber security aims to strengthen its global footprint and enhances its threat intelligence and cybersecurity capabilities.
