Morrison Foerster has once again been highlighted as a market-leading firm for litigation by Benchmark Litigation USA in the 2026 edition. MoFo was ranked in the highest possible tier nationally for Intellectual Property and for California: Dispute Resolution, as well as being named a leading firm nationally for Appellate.
