Jason Kitchen is an associate in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice group.Jason represents venture capital funds and venture-backed companies in all stages of the corporate lifecycle, including formations, financings, equity considerations, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of other activities.Jason served as an intern to Judge Jane Boyle of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Courtney Henf is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.Prior to joining MoFo, Courtney was a Summer Associate in the San Francisco office. She also was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Andrew E. Krause, U.S.M.J., U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.Courtney earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. While there, she served as an Articles Editor of the Pace International Law Review and a member of the Federal Judicial Honors Program. She received her B.S. in microbiology from the University of Florida.
