Lily emphasized that the Commission found no violation as to all five asserted utility patents and affirmed that Insta360's updated models fall outside the scope of the lone asserted design patent.
“The Commission’s final determination reflects a careful review of a detailed evidentiary record,” she noted. “The limited exclusion order related to the design patent is narrowly confined to certain legacy models and does not affect Insta360’s current U.S. product lineup.”
