Morrison Foerster represented NETSTREIT Corp. (NYSE: NTST) (the “Company”), an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that specializes in acquiring single-tenant net lease retail properties nationwide, in the launch of its new $400 million at-the-market (“ATM”) equity offering program with a forward component.
