Morrison Foerster has been named Firm of the Year in the following three practice areas by China Business Law Journal (CBLJ) as part of its 2026 China Business Law Awards:

• ESG 环境、社会及治理

• Taxation 税务

This marks the fourth consecutive year that Morrison Foerster has been recognized in both the Data Protection & Privacy and Taxation categories. It is also the firm’s first recognition in the ESG category.
