Serena has been the Chair of the Greater China Private Funds practice since 2021 and served as the Deputy Chair of the firm’s Global Private Funds Group for four years. She represents global and regional fund managers and institutional investors in the formation of private equity, growth capital, venture capital, co-investment, and private credit funds across a wide range of sectors, including consumer, technology/TMT, financial services, and healthcare.
