MoFo advised Pilot Protocol, the internet for agents, on a $4.5 million seed funding round led by Version One Ventures, with participation from Precursor Ventures, Night Capital, Todd & Rahul Capital, as well as angel investors Lenny Rachitsky and Ben Tossell.
Pilot Protocol is building the internet for agents – the network where AI agents discover, trust, and transact with one another, and where companies reach them directly. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and on a mission to become the connective layer of the agent economy.
The MoFo team advising Pilot Protocol was led by partner William Wilson, with of counsel Maxwell Rich and corporate associate Mariam Zahran.
