Morrison Foerster (“MoFo”) has advised Berlin-based Elvaston Capital Management GmbH (“Elvaston”) on the sale of its majority investment in Nexis GmbH (“Nexis”) to InfraVia Capital Partners SAS and Tikehau Capital SAS.
Nexis is a Regensburg, Germany-based provider of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) software, and is used by more than 130 customers worldwide, including global organizations operating in the finance, insurance, manufacturing, and automotive industries.
Elvaston is an independent, entrepreneur-led private equity firm headquartered in Berlin, specializing in the B2B software segment in the DACH region and across Europe. Since its foundation, Elvaston has completed more than 160 acquisitions across more than 24 platform companies and today manages assets of over EUR 3 billion.
