Affinity groups are an integral part of creating an inclusive work environment. These forums offer individuals with similar backgrounds and experiences an opportunity to socialize and share ideas and interests outside their daily practice groups.
MoFo has 37 affinity groups, 17 of which provide support networks for our women lawyers and working parents.
Affinity group members benefit on an individual level from the professional and personal development opportunities that emerge from within the group, including guest speakers, team - building activities, and social outings.
MoFo benefits on the firm level from the ideas generated by the affinity groups for promoting even greater diversity and inclusion within the firm, such as the introduction of women’s mentoring circles in each of our U.S. offices.
