Conrad Proulx is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Agency Finance and Project Finance Groups.

Conrad’s practice focuses on cross-border lending transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of development finance institutions, export credit agencies and other agency lenders in project finance transactions. He has experience working on renewable and conventional power projects in emerging markets, including throughout Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Conrad was an associate in the Finance & Projects department of another multinational law firm.

Conrad earned his J.D. from the University of Sherbrooke and his LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Conrad speaks French and Polish.
