Eoin’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution and counseling. Eoin has litigated patent, trademark, and copyright cases in federal district and appellate courts, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Eoin also counsels clients on U.S. and international trademark matters, including trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Eoin was an associate at another major law firm focusing on trademark, copyright, and advertising law.
Eoin received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. He also served as managing executive editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. He received his B.S. with honors in computer applications, software engineering from Dublin City University.Show More
