Tom Good is based in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he is a member of the Finance Department and the Debt Trading Group.

Mr. Good advises investment banks, hedge funds, commercial lenders, and other entities in secondary market loan transactions. He counsels clients in the review and analysis of credit documentation relating to loan trades, particularly in connection with distressed borrowers in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Good also has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions, including both senior and subordinated/mezzanine loan facilities.
