The fourth edition of the Handbook Compliance Management was published earlier this year. The editors are Prof. Dr. Roland Steinmeyer (Compliance & Investigations, Berlin) together with renowned economists Prof. Dr. Stephan Grüninger and Prof. Dr. Josef Wieland.
The handbook addresses the latest developments in key areas such as artificial intelligence, geopolitics, and ESG standards. Other key topics include recent trends in anti-corruption and sanctions law, the enforcement of human rights in global supply chains, measures against harassment and discrimination, issues of integrity and compliance culture, the role of supervisory boards, and emerging technological developments.
