MoFo Represents Greenlane in Eyce Acquisition

Morrison & Foerster represented Greenlane Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNLN), a global house of brands and one of the largest sellers of premium cannabis accessories, child-resistant packaging, and specialty vaporization products, in the acquisition of the Eyce brand and substantially all of the assets of Eyce, a leading manufacturer of specialty silicone smoking products, in a cash and stock transaction.

The MoFo team was led by corporate M&A partner Erik Knudsen (Denver), together with associates Eric Pacifici (Denver) and Hunter Moss (San Francisco); Technology Transactions partner Justin Haan and associate Charles Cartagena-Ortiz (San Francisco); Tax partner Anthony Carbone and of counsel David Sturgeon (New York); and Executive Compensation partner Ron Aizen (New York).

Greenlane has been working with Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate and Securities team for the past few years. The relationship is led by Justin Salon and includes associates John Hensley and Meredith Carr (all Washington, D.C.).
