Who's Who Legal – Investigations 2023 Recognizes Seven MoFo Lawyers

Seven MoFo lawyers have been recognized in the Who's Who Legal – Investigations 2023 guide. Who’s Who Legal – Investigations research, conducted with its sister publication Global Investigations Review (GIR), is based solely on feedback and recommendations from leading private practitioners in the investigations arena as well as from the firm’s clients. The result follows MoFo being named one of the top 30 investigations practices by GIR, the fourth consecutive year the firm was included in the list.

The following investigation lawyers were recognized by Who’s Who Legal:

• Chuck Duross, global co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Investigations + White Collar Defense Practice Group and co-leader of its FCPA and Global Anti-Corruption practice, was named as both a Global Leader and Thought Leader in Investigations.
• James Koukios, co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Defense Group and co-head of the FCPA + Global Anti-Corruption Practice, was named as both a Global Leader and Thought Leader in Investigations.
• Hong Kong managing partner Timothy Blakely and head of the firm’s Hong Kong Litigation Department was named as both a Global Leader and Thought Leader in Investigations. He has also been named a National Leader and Thought Leader in the publication’s Business Crime Defence guide.
• Dan Levison, head of MoFo’s Singapore Litigation Department and leader of the firm’s Ethics and Compliance regional practice in Asia, was named as both a Global Leader and National Leader in Southeast Asia in Investigations.
• Gareth Rees KC, Partner in the London office of Morrison Foerster, was named as a Global Leader in Investigations.
• Hong Kong Partner, Chen Zhu, was named as a Future Leader in Investigations.
• New York Associate Sheryl Janet George was named as a Future Leader in Investigations.
