Lexology Index 2026 Recognizes Eight MoFo Lawyers for Investigations

Eight MoFo lawyers have been recognized by Lexology Index (formerly known as Who’s Who Legal) in its 2026 Investigations report. Lexology Index’s research is based on feedback and recommendations from leading private practitioners as well as from the firms’ clients. In particular, the selection process for its Investigations guide is conducted with its reputable sister publication, Global Investigations Review (GIR). This is the seventh consecutive year the firm has been included in the Investigations guides.

The following lawyers are recognized in Lexology Index 2026:

Asia

• Timothy Blakely, investigations and litigation partner at MoFo’s Hong Kong and San Francisco offices, was once again named as a Thought Leader in the Investigations guide.

• Charles (Chuck) Duross, co-head of Morrison Foerster’s FCPA + Anti-Corruption practice, was named as a Global Elite Thought Leader in the Investigations guide.
• James Koukios, co-head of Morrison Foerster’s FCPA + Anti-Corruption practice, was named as a Thought Leader in the Investigations guide.
• Sheryl Janet George, New York associate, was named as an Investigations Future Leader – Non-Partner in the Investigations guide.
