Morrison Foerster advised B&A, a mission-critical technology and solutions provider to the federal government, on its acquisition of Intelligent Waves, LLC, a premier provider of mission-focused technology, systems engineering, advanced cybersecurity, and data intelligence solutions for the U.S. defense, intelligence, and civilian government communities. The deal brings B&A a portfolio of cybersecurity, network and systems engineering, and data science capabilities serving the Department of War and Intelligence Community.
