We also offer comprehensive capabilities in litigation and dispute resolution.

We represent a diverse group of clients that include international and UK corporate entities, government agencies, global financial institutions and investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, technology providers and technology-enabled enterprises of all sizes and maturities.

Our corporate and tax lawyers offer a broad and deep understanding of corporate transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt issues, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganisations, demergers and general corporate counselling. They work as an integrated team with experts in key areas such as intellectual property, antitrust, litigation, employment and benefits, finance, restructuring and securities.

Our lawyers are particularly recognised for their representation of technology providers and technology-enabled enterprises of all types in licensing, strategic partnering, outsourcing, e-commerce and new media, regulatory, contractual and other collaboration matters. The outsourcing group is a market-leading practice and our lawyers deliver a full array of capabilities and attributes that are necessary to forge successful and enduring sourcing relationships and operate seamlessly as a team in key geographic areas.

Our litigation lawyers represent public- and private-sector clients in complex cross-border litigation of all types, including international fraud and asset tracing, international trust litigation and insolvency, regulatory compliance and corporate investigations as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Our capital markets team advises investment banks, issuers, investors and other providers of financial services on public offerings and private placements of debt instruments as well as reorganisation and insolvency matters and in relation to advising on financial regulatory issues.

Our business restructuring & insolvency group is at the vanguard of the profession and handles, among other things, financial institutions restructurings, cross-border insolvencies, distressed real estate, insolvencies involving key intellectual property, and hedge fund failures.
