David Grothouse is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the Global Antitrust Law Practice Group.
David Grothouse’s experience includes drafting key litigation and regulatory filings, preparing for and defending depositions, and assisting senior attorneys and clients with trial preparations.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, he was an associate at another international law firm, where he handled complex, cross-agency antitrust merger review and antitrust litigation. Before law school, he worked on antitrust litigation matters and merger reviews in a senior analyst role at a leading economic consulting firm.
David received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and graduated with honors with a B.A in economics from the University of Chicago.
David is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Illinois only; practice supervised by the principals of the firms licensed in California.Show More
