Evangeline Phang is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked at the UCSD School of Medicine, Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Her diverse experiences also include internships with the State Department at the U.S. Mission to the EU, where she was granted top security clearance, a Fortune 500 company, and a startup corporation in the San Francisco bay area.

Ms. Phang earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was the notes editor for the California Law Review and an editor of the Asian American Law Journal. She also served as a research assistant for Professor Karen M. Tani on poverty law and volunteered at the California Asylum Representation Clinic on refugee matters. Ms. Phang received her B.A. and B.S. magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Phang is admitted to practice in California.
