With the continued growth and more widespread acceptance of medical and recreational marijuana as legal in the United States, the cosmetic industry is having to grapple with both the confusing Federal stance as well as what is legal from state to state in order to set a course for legally marketing CBD-based cosmetics from Cannabidiol and Hemp Oil for personal care across the United States.
