Carrie H. Cohen, partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Investigations & White Collar Defense Group in New York and co-chair of the firm’s Workplace Misconduct Task Force, will act as panel chair at this complimentary CLE program presented by the Second Circuit Judicial Council and the New York State-Federal Judicial Council.
