MoFo partners Christine Wong, Charles (Chuck) Duross, and Ronald (Ron) White served as speakers at The American Bar Association (ABA)’s 37th National Institute on White Collar Crime. Christine discussed recent trends in SEC enforcement actions in the Biden Administration, Chuck participated in a session focused on the complexities of protecting privilege in internal and government investigations, and Ron participated in a panel that discussed implications for mail and wire fraud prosecutions following the Supreme Court’s Kelly v. United States decision, which overturned convictions related to the Bridgegate Scandal.
