Stacy Amin will moderate the “Creating an ‘All Hands on Deck’ Approach to Advance Federal Enforcement” at the Food and Drug Law Institute's Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation and Policy Conference on October 26, 2023. The Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation and Policy Conference invites a diverse group of stakeholders, including public health advocates, researchers, manufacturers, lawyers, and others, to hear directly from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about the latest updates on regulations, guidance documents, and other initiatives, and on effectively regulating the broad spectrum of tobacco and nicotine products in the United States.
Stacy leads the FDA Regulatory & Compliance practice at Morrison Foerster and provides strategic regulatory and business advice to companies in the life sciences, healthcare, food, and technology industries. Stacy previously served as Chief Counsel of the FDA and Deputy General Counsel of the Department of Health and Human Services.
