Privacy and Cyber: The Board’s Oversight Role

Join Miriam Wugmeister at PLI’s Twenty-First Annual Directors’ Institute on Corporate Governance as she moderates a panel focused on the responsibilities of boards of directors for overseeing privacy and data security practices at public companies.
