MoFo Beefs Up New Boston Office with Foley & Lardner Pair

Morrison & Foerster partners Todd Boudreau and Matt Karlyn are featured in The American Lawyer article “MoFo Beefs Up New Boston Office with Foley & Lardner Pair.” They came to MoFo on April 25, 2019, with Boudreau joining as co-head of the firm’s Private Equity Investments and Buyouts Group and Karlyn joining as a partner in the Technology Transactions Group.

Boudreau focuses on private equity-focused international M&A, institutional investments, and fund formation, while Karlyn focuses on structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial technology transactions.

In an interview with The American Lawyer, Boudreau and Karlyn told the publication that their moves to MoFo were based on the firm’s ability to provide a more global platform to assist their respective clients. Eric McCrath, co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, added that both are builders who will help further expand their practices.
