Therefore, M&A transactions in the industry will not be affected by CFIUS reviews in the future. Mr. Sun said that in addition to the life science industry, countries in Southeast Asia and ones along the Belt & Road Initiatives, as well as industries that the government encouraged to invest in, will become the key focus in the future.
