In the past 12 months alone, she has advised clients on deals with an aggregate total value that is well in excess of US$80 billion. Marcia regularly advises leading investors on M&A transactions, including SoftBank Vision Fund, Alibaba, GLP, Bain Capital Credit, BlackRock, Farallon Capital, Ascendent Capital Partners, RRJ Capital, Summer Capital, Celadon Partners, and Ark Pacific Capital.</li><li>Shirin has over 16 years of experience in private equity and M&A transactions in the United States, Southeast Asia, and China and has a strong market reputation for complex and innovative deals, with a particular focus on club/consortium transactions. Over the past few years, Shirin has led a number of award-winning transactions, with deal values in excess of US$1 billion each and US$30 billion in total.</li><li> As a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, Yuka has vast experience representing clients in U.S. federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and in Japanese courts, and often manages global strategy in cases spanning multiple jurisdictions.
