Alex Yap spoke to Bloomberg Law about the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s decision to conduct all in-person meetings remotely “until further notice.”
Judges are already set for video conferencing, Alex said. “All PTAB judges have video conference capable laptops and many PTAB judges are already able to conduct video or telephonic conferences remotely.”
