Louise Stoupe was profiled in the Asia Business Law Journal for a feature highlighting senior women lawyers across Asia who shared their personal stories of successes, challenges, and strategies for a more inclusive legal profession.

“The persisting challenge is to translate the deep pool of talented junior attorneys that we have into women leaders,” Louise said. “To do that we need men and women to identify and develop strong female talent.”

She added that at MoFo, “we have groups like our women’s strategy committee, which ensures that the retention and development of women lawyers remains a top priority of the firm,” noting that “other organizations need to follow this type of example to ensure junior talent turns into senior leadership.”
