01 Jul 2020

Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific has named three Morrison & Foerster lawyers to its Top 100 Women in Litigation 2020 list. Hong Kong partner Sarah Thomas and Tokyo partner Louise Stoupe were both recognized for Commercial and Transactions, as well as International Arbitration. Tokyo partner Chie Yakura was recognized for Commercial and Transactions, Intellectual Property, and Product Liability and Recall.

As noted by Benchmark Litigation, the research process for this recognition involves months of investigation into individual litigators’ professional activities as well as client feedback surveys and one-on-one interviews. Sarah, Louise and Chie have earned their place amongst the leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history, as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.
