The Daily Journal has recognized corporate partner Brandon Parris on its list of Top 100 Lawyers in California. This is Brandon’s second consecutive year being named a top lawyer, highlighting his continued success in delivering cutting-edge legal work.
Brandon has enjoyed a decades-long career as trusted counsel to a slew of high-profile regional and global clients, including Boyd Gaming, Hortonworks, LendingClub, McKesson, MobileIron, Palo Alto Networks, PG&E, SoftBank, Sprint, VMware, and others. The start of 2020 saw Brandon’s greatest achievement to date: the close of Sprint’s landmark $59 billion merger with T-Mobile, a deal six years in the making and considered one of the largest telecommunications deals in history.
