Asian Legal Business (ALB) has shortlisted Morrison & Foerster for seven awards as part of its annual ALB Hong Kong Law Awards. For the third year in a row, Hong Kong partner Marcia Ellis has been shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year, an honor that she won in 2018. Marcia also again has been shortlisted for Woman Lawyer of the Year. On the firm level, MoFo has been shortlisted for Deal Firm of the Year and Investment Funds Law Firm of the Year, as well as for several deals of the year including: Equity Market Deal of the Year (Xinjiang Goldwind’s A+H Rights Issue), M&A Deal of the Year, and Financing Deal of the Year (Wumei's Acquisition of Metro AG in China).The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in Hong Kong and around the region.
