This includes recently representing SoftBank in its $40 billion sale of Arm to NVIDIA—the largest global M&A transaction announced to date in 2020 and the largest semiconductor deal—and advising Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. in its $550 million asset acquisition of the Canadair Regional Jet program from Bombardier Inc.Mr. White’s practice focuses on both inbound and outbound M&A, sales of business divisions, spin-outs, and joint ventures.
