MoFo Represents American Airlines on Financing Aspects of $10B Senior Secured Notes Offering and Loan Agreement

Morrison & Foerster represented American Airlines on some of the financing aspects of a $10 billion senior secured notes offering and loan agreement, secured by American Airline’s AAdvantage® Loyalty Program. In particular, the firm advised on the AAdvantage® Loyalty program assets, including AA’s co-branded credit card agreements, which were part of the collateral for the financing.

The Morrison & Foerster team advising American Airlines included Joan Warrington, Nicholas Spiliotes, Mark Wojciechowski, Peter Dopsch, Crystal Kaldjob, Trevor Salter, and Lauren Sullivan.
