Clients turn to Ms. Rahebi for her proactive approach and strategic direction in leading complex, high-stakes litigation matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property litigation. She has litigated a wide range of high-technology matters involving semiconductors, software, consumer electronics, and medical devices for U.S. and non-U.S.-based clients in U.S. District Courts and before the International Trade Commission.
Ms. Rahebi is a trial-experienced litigator. She has led clients through pre-filing investigations, Markman hearings, summary judgments, trials, and appeals with successful results. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises clients on strategic transactional issues and negotiates on behalf of clients in patent licensing discussions. Ms. Rahebi also tried criminal jury matters at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Rahebi is the past president of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association and she co-founded the organization’s Women in IP committee. She also serves as a Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference Lawyer Representative. Ms. Rahebi has received numerous awards for her work and is recognized as one of the “Top Women Attorneys in Southern California.”
Earning her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Rahebi was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She served as president and editor-in-chief of The Daily Californian. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was an editor of the UCLA Law Review.
Ms. Rahebi has been recognized as one of the “Top Women Attorneys in Southern California” by Los Angeles Magazine in 2015, 2016, and 2017 and by Thomson Reuters in 2013.
